Everyone learns how to be a good friend, neighbor, and driver when they go through Driver’s Ed (we hope!), but some on-the-road etiquette doesn’t always get included in classroom discussions, especially etiquette related to electric or hybrid-electric vehicles, like Ford’s own Ford Focus Electric or Ford Fusion Energi. Recently, Ford donated eight of its Flex crossover SUVs to the DAV Transportation Network to help transport sick and disabled veterans to VA medical centers around the U.S.

For over 94 years, Ford has teamed with the DAV in efforts to support military veterans ever since the automaker first donated its Model T Fords back in 1922. Additionally, Ford assists over 700,000 military veterans with access to health care and services each year.

For the 2017 model update, the new Ford Fusion has a slightly altered front-end appearance. It features a sportier grille, and subtle-yet-dynamic lines -- but the real change is not one of aesthetics.
