Design

The F-150 is a half-ton truck that is offered in a number of cab and bed configurations. The regular cab is always available, but the F-150 can also be configured as a SuperCab (a two-door cab that seats up to five) or a SuperCrew (a four-door cab that seats up to five and offers a little extra legroom to boot). Jonesboro shoppers may choose from regular, long, or short bed lengths to fit your needs.

Performance

The Ford F-150 offers several engine options as well. The standard engine for most F-150 models is a 3.3-liter Ti-VCT V6 gasoline engine that offers up to 290 horsepower with 265 pound-feet of torque for serious towing power. This engine also features auto stop/start technology which helps to conserve fuel around Paragould.

Additional engine options for the F-150 include:

• 2.7-liter EcoBoost® V6 engine which offers 325 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque
• 3.5-liter EcoBoost® V6 providing up to 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque
• A turbocharged hybrid featuring a 3.5-liter V6 paired with an electric motor to generate 430 horsepower and 570 pound-feet of torque
• 3.0-liter PowerStroke® turbodiesel V6 with 250 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque
• The classic 5.0-liter V8 which offers 395 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque

Available Trim Levels

The F-150 is available in a number of trim levels that run the gamut from the basic XL trim to the amenity filled Limited.

The XL may be the base trim level, but it is anything but simple and plain. The XL makes a great work truck trim as vinyl upholstery and flooring are available. You'll enjoy the Ford Co-Pilot360™ safety system, which offers many driver assisted features to keep your drive uneventful. Another standard feature of the F-150 is access to the Ford SYNC infotainment system, which offers an interactive touchscreen in order to intuitively control many features of the truck. You'll also have access to Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay®, which allow you to use software and your smartphone to carry out activities and minimize distractions from the road.

The XLT offers all the aforementioned features as well as upgrades in the upholstery and flooring. The Lariat is a great middle of the road trim level as you may add leather seats, heated and ventilated front seats, and other upgrades to the interior of the F-150.

The King Ranch is one of the most popular trim levels; you can upgrade to a sunroof, heated and ventilated front and rear seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a King Ranch badge on the exterior of the truck. The Platinum trim adds chrome trim to the exterior of your F-150. The Limited is the fully loaded F-150 trim level. You'll enjoy extra safety features, leather interior, and more.
