  • You need an engine that can perform when you take the off-road path. The Ford Bronco comes equipped with a turbocharged 2.3-liter engine that delivers 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque. The base V6 engine in the Jeep Wrangler doesn't deliver nearly as much torque, meaning it won't work as hard as the Bronco's base engine.
  • While both lineups offer a manual transmission for a do-it-yourself approach to give you more control over your drive. However, the Ford lineup also offers a 10-speed automatic transmission, two more gear settings than the Jeep Wrangler lineup can provide.

  • Looking to stay connected on the go? The Ford Bronco comes equipped with the SYNC® 4 infotainment system, Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ smartphone integration, and an eight-inch touchscreen. The Ford Wrangler equips a smaller five-inch screen courtesy of its Uconnect® 3 system. It also doesn't come standard with smartphone integration, making the experience much less seamless.
  • Driving with confidence is easy, thanks to the standard driver assistance features from the Bronco lineup. You can enjoy peace of mind with pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking and automatic high-beam headlights - the Jeep Wrangler is not standard with these.

  • Both models offer plenty of ground clearance to go over those pesky obstacles in your way. Upgrading to the Bronco Sasquatch setup will give you an astounding 11.6-inches of ground clearance, outdoing the Wrangler Rubicon's 10.8-inches.
  • Planning on crossing streams on your next outdoor vehicle trek? The Ford Bronco offers 33.5-inches of water fording compared to the Jeep Wrangler's 30-inches.
  • Inside, you will find the Bronco is spacious, with enough room for up to five and plenty of cargo space. You can configure the interior to accommodate up to 77.6 cubic feet in the four-door model, while the Jeep Wrangler can only manage 72.40 cubic feet.
